Bexi & Gorge are kindrid souls who met at work. The deep friendship, tenderness, and love they share was clear to see on their wedding day. Raw emotions with tears and laughter were openly expressed in the most beautiful way.

It was a cold, windy winter’s day but the sun shone upon George and Bexi’s nuptials. Both English & Greek were spoken at the ceremony – incorporating a contemporary version of Orthodox traditions – and followed by a spectacular celebration.

Bexi & George, thank you for letting us play a part in your special day. We wish you the very best as you explore and continue to build your lives together. May you years ahead be filled with lasting joy, Allen & Melissa xo

THE GIRLS

A delightful morning with a gourmet platters and delicious greek treats, the girls enjoyed each-others’ company while getting ready. It was a family-orientated time with both Mothers of the Bride and Groom there, and so very special as Bexi walked down the stairs for first look with her Dad.

THE BOYS

A love-filled morning at the Groom’s family home, surrounded by his immediate family and much love.

CEREMONY

George and Bexi lovingly met each-other with tears and smiles. All parents gave them away, with warm embraces all-round. Then, every guest was included with the passing of the rings, warming them in their hands before the ring ceremony.
Greek Wedding Ceremony traditions were included with the Greek and English spoken through the service. The best-man blessed George and Bexi with the Stefana (Greek Wedding Crowns), symbolizing their connection and sealing their union forever.
George lovingly kissed his wife’s hand as they signed the marriage certificate, which was then witnessed and signed by the Mother of the Bride and the Mother of the Groom.

INTERLUDE

The wind had it’s way as we rode golf-carts across the club. Allen stood on the back of a cart to capture the fun and the bridal party braved the freezing-cold for a few quick shots, before heading back to the warmth of indoors for family photos.

RECEPTION

Fine food and service was met with the perfect blend of english and greek music and dance. Bexi & George made sure to visit every table and we captured the interactions from a distance. Two families joyfully embraced each-other and partied the night away.
